BuzzForUs Acceptable Use, Crawler, and Anti-Scraping Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy protects BFU users, event data, website pages, app features, infrastructure, search visibility, and source relationships.

2. Allowed Search Crawlers

BFU may allow major search engine crawlers to index public event, city, category, and date pages when permitted by robots.txt and BFU technical rules.

BFU may change crawler permissions at any time.

3. Prohibited Automated Use

Without BFU's written permission, you may not:

scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or copy BFU content or data;
bulk download event listings, reviews, images, categories, city pages, or source links;
use BFU data for AI training, model development, embeddings, datasets, or machine-learning systems;
resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit BFU data;
use BFU data for a competing product or service;
bypass robots.txt, rate limits, access controls, CAPTCHAs, blocks, or security controls;
create accounts automatically;
send automated reports, reviews, submissions, or messages;
probe, scan, stress test, or attack BFU systems without written permission;
interfere with BFU infrastructure, users, or third-party providers.

4. API Access

Public website access does not grant API access. BFU may restrict, block, rate-limit, or revoke access to APIs, endpoints, feeds, pages, or accounts at any time.

5. Reviews and Messaging Abuse

Reviews, reports, event submissions, and comments may not be used as a private messaging system, spam channel, harassment tool, advertising channel, or coordination tool for abuse.

6. Enforcement

BFU may block IP addresses, accounts, user agents, networks, crawlers, bots, hosting providers, or traffic patterns that violate this Policy.

BFU may use Cloudflare, rate limits, bot protection, logs, security tools, legal notices, and other enforcement measures.
