1. Policy

BuzzForUs respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Users may not upload, submit, post, or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

2. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on BFU infringes your copyright, send a notice to admin@buzzforus.com with:

your full legal name and contact information;
identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
the BFU URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner;
your physical or electronic signature.

3. Takedown Process

After receiving a valid or plausible copyright notice, BFU may remove or disable access to the content, notify the uploader where appropriate, record the action, and take other steps required or permitted by law.

BFU may remove content without deciding whether infringement actually occurred.

4. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to admin@buzzforus.com.

A counter-notice must include:

your full legal name and contact information;
identification of the removed content and where it appeared;
a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court;
your physical or electronic signature.

BFU may restore content only when legally appropriate.

5. Repeat Infringers

BFU may restrict, suspend, or terminate users who repeatedly submit infringing content or copyright-risk content.

6. Source Images and Event Materials

BFU may remove images, flyers, descriptions, summaries, event listings, or other materials in response to copyright, source-owner, organizer, venue, or rights-holder requests.

BFU may use placeholders instead of source images and may remove source images at any time.

7. False or Abusive Notices

Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith notices. You may be responsible for damages, costs, or fees if you knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing.
